Victoria-Fraserview

The Victoria-Fraserview community is on the southern slope of Vancouver, it is situated between 41st Ave. (North) & the Fraser River (South) and between Knight St. (West) & Vivian St. (East). This one time thriving industrial area has been transformed into a residential community that centers around the culturally eclectic Victoria St. Which is the community's major commercial area. Victoria-Fraserview consists mostly of single family homes and scattered town homes. As well the new development of the Fraserlands area which is located along the Fraser River has sprouted up numerous condominiums with superb southern views.

Victoria-Fraserview has several large parks and fields where residents are often found walking their dogs, playing with their kids, performing martial arts, and picnicking. Also there are many walking and hiking trails along the Fraser River where it is not uncommon to see some of Vancouver's unique water birds. Another local treasure is the famous Fraserview Golf Course, an 18 hole championship golf course set in a spectacular wooded environment, one of Vancouverites favorite local courses.
